Sunday, we had several racers race the Epic Cycle Cross in Kansas City. Mark Ramsden placed seventh in the 40+, Carl Fischer placed thirteenth in the 50+, Gene Lamb was 9th in the men’s category 4s, and Alex Ardussi was third in the men’s category 5s.
If you have not raced cross this season, there is still time. We race next on Sunday at Hummer Park in Topeka, Kansas. First race is at 10:30 AM. I will depart the shop at 8:15. I will be bringing a tent and Roger has promised a heater for warm up. This is the State Championship race. Which means if you place, and are a state resident, or military assigned in Kansas, you are eligible for a medal.
