January will be here in two days. I am fired up! Mileage contest starts on January 1! I am planning on riding the River Trail in Lawrence on Wednesday at noon. Link up will be the parking spot across from the Lawrence Visitor’s Center. LMBC does this every year.

Tonight we have indoor training with Coach Troy. Tuesday morning we will do indoor training at 5:15 AM. Weekend rides were great. Warm on Friday and Saturday. Alex Ardussi raced cross on Sunday. Brrrrr!
